How to return the goods
Any product ordered at Pearl Wedding is subject to return and exchange within 14 days. In order to return or exchange it you need to contact us no later than 7 days after receiving the goods. If you contacted later, the goods are not refundable or exchangeable. Exchange and return of goods is possible subject to the complete preservation of its consumer properties and appearance, and on the basis of the following conditions:
To make a return you need
1. To fill out and sign the return form
2. To pack up the return package, consisting of:
- Filled out and signed return form
3. To Indicate a convenient way for you to return the goods.
4. Send the goods in a way convenient for you, to the address: Ukraine, Odessa region, Ilychanka, Shkolnaya street 3, 67582
5. To waite for the remittance that will be transferred within three days from the date of acceptance of the goods for return

Choosing the service available in your country
When and how will the money be returned to you
The term for transferring funds from the moment the goods are accepted for return (together with the return form completed by the Buyer) is no more than 3 working days by PayPal, to the card from which the purchase was made or by cash on delivery to a bank account.
Refunds for goods / sending exchange is carried out only after checking the goods by the technologist for its compliance.
The goods are not subject to return (exchange):
1. After 14 days.
2. If the returned product is not new (it has traces of use, attritions, defects, traces of perfumes and cosmetics, signs of extraneous interference (attempted repair)).
3. the whole set of the returned goods is incomplete, for example, some items are lost.
How to return an article worth more than 100 euros
When returning goods worth more than 100 euros in equivalent, the amounts of customs payments, paid by the buyer, which, in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law, were paid to the budget of Ukraine, are not returned. Refunds are made eaqual to the amount paid directly for the goods. Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer at the carrier’s tariffs
Categories of goods that are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with applicable law:
Some categories of goods are not subject to return and exchange, including the following:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Night shirts and pajamas
- Goods that were sewn to order by the buyer
Please note: if you send us a product that is not refundable, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.
Exchange of received goods
The company PFG or (Pearl Fashion Group) provides an exchange service. You can send goods that did not suit you, and we will send you another goods in return, having previously discussed the details with you.
Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer at the carrier’s tariffs. In case of returning the goods of inadequate quality, our company assumes all the costs of shipping the goods back to us. To get back shipping costs, you need to provide a check or another document for shipping.
The return (exchange) of goods of good quality, as well as goods that you did not order or the size of which does not match the order, is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (there are no signs of use or wear, the goods have the original and undamaged packaging and labels)
Please carefully choose the size (next to each size there is a size chart) and color. So that you can be sure of the color you ordered, you can order a palette with color samples from us ($ 5)
